Questions
Why not just buy off-the-shelf software?
Usually you should. Off-the-shelf is cheaper and faster when your process is ordinary. Custom software makes sense when the workaround is costing real time every week, or when the way you work is a genuine advantage. We will say so if we think you should buy instead of build.
Can it replace the spreadsheets we run on today?
Yes, and that is one of the most common reasons people come to us. We start from the spreadsheet, because it is an honest description of the real process, including the parts nobody documented.
Can you integrate with the tools we already use?
Yes. Most custom software is worth more when it is connected. If a tool has an API, we can usually work with it, and automation platforms cover many of the rest.
What happens after launch?
